Terms of Use

1. The Service

hithunter looks at public videos on Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, shows the ones that beat their creator's normal views, explains with AI why they worked and drafts scripts for you.

The Service is an idea and writing tool. It does not guarantee any number of views, followers or income.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 to use the Service.
• You are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping your password secret.
• An account is for one person; don't share it.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• There is a Free plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro). What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.
• Script credits are granted at the start of each period. Unused credits carry over, but the balance never exceeds two months of the plan's quota.
• Payments are taken by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and Paddle issues your invoices.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

4. Content and intellectual property

Videos, thumbnails, captions and creator profile pictures shown in the Service belong to their owners. We only show them as public information and link to the original video. Because platform image links expire, we keep a small copy of each creator's profile picture, only to show it in the Service, and refresh it when the picture changes.

You may use the scripts generated for you in your own content. Scripts take inspiration from the structure of the source video and we compare their wording with the source; you are still responsible for making sure what you publish doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

5. AI output

Breakdowns and scripts are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you publish.

6. Things you may not do

• Crawl the Service with automated tools, extract its data in bulk or resell it.
• Try to get around usage limits or payment steps.
• Use it to create unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Try to break the security or operation of the Service.

7. Changes and interruptions

We may change features to improve the Service. Maintenance or problems at third-party providers can interrupt the Service from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Profile page; an active subscription is canceled at that moment. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the Service before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu (Kartal) have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
