Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
hithunter is provided by ORKESTRA YAZILIM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ PRODÜKSİYON DANIŞMANLIK İNTERNET HİZMETLERİ REKLAM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Göztepe Vergi Dairesi, VKN 6470355018, MERSİS 0647035501800001). Payments are taken by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, and Paddle also processes refunds.
When you can get a refund
- Within 14 days of a subscription's first payment you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed.
- Renewal payments are refunded if you ask within the first 14 days of the period and haven't used script credits in that period.
- The same rules apply to the difference charged for an upgrade.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to ask
Use the link in Paddle's payment email or write to contact@hithunter.ai. Approved refunds go back to your payment method through Paddle; depending on your bank this can take a few business days.
Canceling
You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Plan page. Canceling stops the renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Canceling on its own is not a refund.
